Duplicate/Replacement License

The Duplicate (Replacement) Pistol Permit License form and instructions are available under “Forms.” Please mail in your completed amendment form and fees to Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office (ATTN: Pistol Permits), 6012 County Farm Road, Ballston Spa, NY 12020. If there is an issue that you feel needs to be discussed in person please call us at (518) 885-2465. Our office is open to the public Tuesday through Friday 9:00 AM-4:30 PM.

*Amendment form must accompany the Duplicate form as a coversheet*

(The amendment is used for all transactions so less is more. Only fill in the spaces that apply to the current transaction)
